Supported types:

If the file is hosted in OneDrive or SharePoint, both platforms provide a shareable link. This link can be used inside Data Bridge to display the content as an embedded frame in HubSpot.
Important notes:
The file must be accessible via a viewable link. Private or restricted access links will not display.
For Excel, the published to the web version works best if you want a clean view.
For PowerPoint, the embed link offers a slide viewer directly inside HubSpot.
Data Bridge adds a custom card to each deal, company, or contact. This card contains a URL field where you insert the shareable link. Once added, the content appears instantly inside the CRM record.
If you use HubSpot Professional, you can move Data Bridge into a separate tab for more convenient viewing. This makes embedded files feel like a native part of the CRM interface.

Select Share
Choose a link that allows viewing without login or with restricted access that your team supports

You can either use Share or Publish to the web
Publishing to the web gives a more static and clean representation

Go to the deal, company, or contact where you want to embed the document.
If you installed the app, you will see the Data Bridge card on the right sidebar.
If you have a Professional, you can switch it to a separate tab using HubSpot settings for custom cards.
Paste your Microsoft Office link into the Data Bridge URL field. The embedded content loads instantly.
