October brought exciting updates from 4CRMs - all focused on giving users more functionality and automation inside the HubSpot CRM.
In sync with this, we’ve rolled out new capabilities across our apps - CloneNer, Copy Line Item Between Deals, and Data Bridge - to help you automate repetitive steps, reduce errors, and keep your CRM structured. Here’s what’s new:
1. Keep Primary Tag/Association for Companies while Cloning
When cloning deals, users can now retain the primary tag or company association. This ensures that key relationships and identifiers are preserved automatically.

2. Deal Name Autoincrement + Last Day of Month Calculation
CloneNer can now automatically increment deal names and calculate dates based on the last day of the month, including the last day of the same month in the following year.

3. Save Values in Properties While Cloning
Users can choose to preserve existing property values when cloning deals. This keeps your data consistent and prevents the need for manual updates.

Data Bridge now allows you to share content across HubSpot objects - deals, companies, tickets, and more. Any embedded content can now be reused in multiple places without duplicating work.

1. Clone Bundles
You can now copy an existing Bundle and adjust it however you want!
Use bundles of line items to allow teams to add multiple items to a deal at once.

2. Add Functionality of Tokens in .calc Values for Templates
LineNer templates now support tokens in calculation fields, just like CloneNer. This allows dynamic values from deal properties to populate line item fields automatically.

3. Filters in Update Line Item Workflow
You can now add filters to workflows that update line items, giving more control over which items get updated.

4. Reset Possibility Dropdown Values in Workflows
In LineNer workflows, if you’ve selected an additional property for a line item but later want to remove it, you no longer need to close or restart the workflow. Select “none” from the dropdown to reset the value.
