And much more, so now you are not searching for a generic FAQ and hoping something applies - the assistant already knows what task you're likely stuck on.
Real Answers, Not Generic Ones
When you ask a specific question, the assistant walks through the logic instead of pointing you to a doc.
Example: "How do I use and ((+1)) in clone names?" (CloneNer)
Since you are currently on the manual cloning tab for a Contact record, you can easily use tokens and auto-increments to dynamically name your cloned contacts or fill in their properties.
Here is how to use them step-by-step:
1. How to use Tokens
Tokens let you copy values from the original contact into the clone. For example, you can automatically append "- Copy" to the original contact's last name.
1. In the CloneNer card on the right, find the property you want to customize (e.g., Last Name).
2. Change the dropdown next to that property to Token.
3. Type your text and token. For example: (Duplicate) or - Support.
4. When cloned, CloneNer will pull the original contact's name and insert it there.
2. How to use Auto-Increment ((+1))
The ((+1)) syntax finds the last number in the original property value and increases it by 1. This is perfect for unique identifiers, member numbers, or custom ID fields.
1. Find the numeric or text-with-number property you want to increment.
2. Change the dropdown next to that property to Calc.
3. Type ((+1)) in the field.
4. Example: If the original contact's custom ID is VIP-104, the cloned contact's ID will automatically become VIP-105.
Once you've set these up, just click Clone at the bottom of the card to create your duplicate instantly! Since you have 299 manual clones remaining this period, you have plenty of quota to test this out.
Why This Matters for HubSpot Admins and RevOps Teams
If you manage a HubSpot portal, the real cost of app adoption isn't installation - it's getting your team to use a feature correctly without pinging you every time. A contextual assistant cuts that friction in a few concrete ways:
- Faster onboarding - new team members self-serve answers about Auto-Rules, enrollment logic, or bundles without interrupting whoever set the app up
- Fewer support tickets - common questions about data storage, plan limits, or how a 4CRMs app compares to HubSpot's native functionality get answered instantly, in context
- Lower error rate - guidance references your actual screen and plan, so it's less likely to be misapplied than a generic article written for every possible configuration
- Consistent experience - the same assistant format across CloneNer, FlowNer, and LineNer means once your team learns it in one app, they already know how to use it in the others
When a question genuinely needs a human, the assistant doesn't pretend to have all the answers - it points you to Contact Us Form for anything it can't resolve.
Built Into the Workflow, Not Bolted On
This reflects a broader principle in how 4CRMs apps are built: help should show up where the friction actually is, not in a separate tab you have to remember exists. Whether you're setting up Auto-Rules for the first time, fine-tuning a token-based naming convention, figuring out why a contact didn't enroll in a sequence, or building your first bundle, the answer is one click away - inside the screen, inside the moment you need it.
Try it the next time you open a CloneNer, FlowNer, or LineNer card: click into the assistant and ask it something specific to what you're doing. You'll likely get a faster, more accurate answer than searching would give you.
