One of their biggest operational limitations was HubSpot’s restriction on sending automated email sequences from different user accounts inside workflows. While their HubSpot admin could build and manage workflows, they needed those sequences to be sent using each individual sales representative’s email address - without manual switching, duplication, or workaround-heavy processes.
