The data we store is protected using commercially acceptable means to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. - We do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, unless required by law. - Our website may contain links to external sites not operated by us. If you have any questions regarding how we handle user data and personal information, please do not hesitate to contact us. **Google User Data** FlowNer offers an optional Gmail integration that lets you send sequence emails from your own Gmail account. **What we access.** When you connect Gmail, FlowNer requests permissions:  `gmail.send, gmail.metadata, userinfo.email`This permission allows FlowNer to send email on your behalf. It does not grant FlowNer the ability to download, delete, or modify any message in your mailbox. **How we use it.** We use this permission solely to deliver the emails you have configured as sequence steps in HubSpot, at the times your workflow specifies. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train machine learning or AI models. **What we store.** We store the OAuth refresh token needed to keep the connection active, the Gmail address of the connected account, and, for each message we send, the message and thread identifiers plus delivery status. We do not read or store any of your existing emails   . We store only configured email body that was created during the email sequence creation **Retention and deletion.** Tokens and connection data are deleted within 30 days of you disconnecting Gmail in FlowNer, revoking access at [myaccount.google.com/permissions](http://myaccount.google.com/permissions), or deleting your FlowNer account.
