### What do I need to start using FlowNer?

Before setting up your first workflow, make sure the following is in place:

- A HubSpot portal with workflow permissions enabled.
- A connected inbox in HubSpot for every user you plan to use as a sender.

To connect an inbox, go to Settings → General → Email in your HubSpot portal and link the email account.

### What is FlowNer?

FlowNer is a HubSpot app that allows teams to automatically enroll and unenroll contacts in HubSpot sequences using workflows. It helps reduce manual sequence management and ensures consistent follow-up.

### Can I automatically enroll contacts in HubSpot sequences from deals or companies?

Yes. FlowNer allows you to enroll contacts associated with deals, companies, tickets, or custom objects based on workflow triggers.

### Which objects can trigger FlowNer actions?

Contacts, deals, companies, tickets, and custom objects can all trigger sequence enrollment using FlowNer.

### Does FlowNer handle multiple sequences in a single workflow?

### How do I add FlowNer to a workflow?

1. Open an existing workflow or create a new one.
2. Click the **+** icon and select **FlowNer**.
3. Choose **Enroll contact**, **Enroll associated contact**, or **Unenroll contact**.
4. Select the sequence and define the sender type (specific user or dynamic sender).
5. Save the action.

### How do I assign a specific sender?

Choose **Specific sender** and select contact owner or another user property. The system will automatically use the selected property as the sender.

### How do I set up automated sequence enrolment?

 Simply create a HubSpot workflow, insert the FlowNer action, choose the sender type, and sequence, add a delay by minutes and activate the workflow. 

### Does FlowNer save (or store) any of my data?

No, FlowNer does not save or store any of your data. We only use your data to help with the duplication process, ensuring it stays secure in your HubSpot account.

We don’t keep or archive any of your information - it remains fully under your control. Our role is to assist you in managing and cloning your records without compromising your privacy.
