Before setting up your first workflow, make sure the following is in place:

A HubSpot portal with workflow permissions enabled.
A connected inbox in HubSpot for every user you plan to use as a sender.

To connect an inbox, go to Settings → General → Email in your HubSpot portal and link the email account.

Log in to your HubSpot account.
Go to the HubSpot Marketplace and find FlowNer.
Click Install app and select the account.
Review requested permissions (contacts, sequences, workflows) and click Connect app.

Open an existing workflow or create a new one.
Click the + icon and select FlowNer.
Choose Enroll contact, Enroll associated contact, or Unenroll contact.
Select the sequence and define the sender type (specific user or dynamic sender).
Save the action.

Choose Specific sender and select contact owner or another user property. The system will automatically use the selected property as the sender.

Simply create a HubSpot workflow, insert the FlowNer action, choose the sender type, and sequence, add a delay by minutes and activate the workflow.
