October 2025 HubSpot & 4CRMs App Updates – More Control, Less Manual Work

October brought exciting updates both from HubSpot and 4CRMs - all focused on giving users more control and automation inside the CRM.
HubSpot continues expanding its AI and data unification features, improving the experience around record management, data quality, and workflow flexibility.

In sync with this, we’ve rolled out new capabilities across our apps - CloneNer, LineNer, Copy Line Item Between Deals, and Data Bridge - to help you automate repetitive steps, reduce errors, and keep your CRM structured.

Here’s what’s new 👇

📌HubSpot Updates

This October, HubSpot continued expanding its platform with features aimed at better automation, data quality, and workflow flexibility. Key highlights include:

Smarter Segmentation
Segment Builder now has intuitive filters, making it easier to create dynamic lists and campaigns.

Developer Tools & Integrations
New CLI improvements and tooltip components help developers customize HubSpot more efficiently. HubSpot also integrated with Google Drive to streamline document workflows.

AI & Data Management
The new Data Hub unifies CRM data for smarter segmentation, while the AI Brand Assistant (Beta) helps maintain brand consistency across communications.

Enhanced Project Management 
The project's object now features Gantt charts (Beta), giving teams a visual overview of task timelines and dependencies.

📌CloneNer

 

1. Use HubSpot Calculated Fields as Date Values

CloneNer allows you to use HubSpot-calculated fields as date values when cloning a deal. When you copy a record and need to set a new date - for example, New Create Date - you can now select a calculation instead of a static one.

That means you can use formulas like:

  • +14 days
  • now +1month

Every cloned deal automatically gets the correct date based on your logic — no manual edits or workflow updates needed.

Why it matters:

  • Simplifies automation setup for date-based deal properties.

  • Works perfectly for renewals or time-sensitive follow-ups.

  • Reduces manual data entry in cloned records.

2. Add the ability to choose which associations should be linked to the duplicated record.

You can now use dynamic date logic like “Now + 3 days” when setting dates during cloning. This means cloned records can automatically include future dates relative to the moment of cloning - no need to set them manually.

💡 How This Helps:

  • Choose exactly which associations should be cloned.
  • Avoid unnecessary links or data clutter in duplicated deals.
  • Keep your pipeline clean and associations relevant for each cloned record.

📌LineNer

 

This month, LineNer received a visual and functional update:

  • Update Deal Amount action layout adjusted to correct vertical alignment and improve readability.

  • Ability to use the Default Product Configuration and fill empty fields with values from the product.

  • Reduce mistakes when updating or adding line items in workflows.

  • Maintain consistent deal information across pipelines.

📌Copy Line Items

 

Copy a bundle directly into the current deal

You can now copy an entire bundle directly into the current deal’s line items. This update allows teams to reuse predefined sets of products or services instantly - no need to rebuild or manually duplicate items.

💡 How This Helps:

  • Save time by adding frequently used bundles in just a few clicks.

  • Keep line items consistent across deals and pipelines.

  • Reduce errors when copying multiple items manually.

📌 Data Bridge

Meet Data Bridge - a new app that lets you embed external content directly into HubSpot records.

This month, Data Bridge introduced support for:

  • Google Docs and Slides

  • Microsoft 365 (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)

  • Additional HubSpot objects: Appointments, Listings, Courses, and Services

  • Centralize important documents and visuals inside HubSpot.
  • Access presentations, course materials, or listings without leaving the CRM.
  • Make every record more informative and collaborative for your team.
